JOBS:
Costume Consultant (LA Or Southern CA Based)
Costume Consultant Responsibilities:
- Listen to director's goals and develop a plan to help them reach those goals
- Recommend specific outfits, accessories, and other fashion items to director
- Ensure that the pieces and outfits you select fit the performer's preferences, style, body type, and price range
- Keep yourself up to date on the latest trends in fashion
-Communicate with director via phone and email
Costume Consultant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, or in school for a Bachelor's degree in fashion
- Previous experience in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills
-Good historical knowledge of fashion
- Ability to meet with director and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Must be comfortable with material
- Must have an excellent and hard-working attitude
